Required:

• Minimum of 2 years web development experience
• Ability to integrate APIs in a shot amount of time
• Fast turn around
• Can debug on their own without supervision
• Good knowledge of JS
• Knows how to implement AJAX applications and have a general sense of design and CSS
• Content Management System
• Knows more or less a couple of open source systems and have experience in integrating with them. (wordpress, drupal, joomla, etc.)
• Knows how to integrate with payment processors (google, paypal, authorize.net)
• Knows the shipping APIs of USPS and FEDEX
• Knows forum software (vb, phpbb)
  knows google API
• knows how to do location based scripts (calculting miles, latittudes and longitudes - kinda related to google maps)
• Knows how to understand framworks and adjust to them

Required:

• Core understanding of blogging and the blogosphere
